I’ve noticed, I’m way too much for most (Founder of AFR). My energy is annoying to manage lol, I have too much naturally. It’s tough to explain, but maybe one day I can share more.
With 14+ surgeries in life due to my own decisions, life has taught me one thing.
ALL HEART. Whatever you do. 
ALL HEART.
When you’re around me, you know. This energy of mine is from some wild moments in my life that taught me to not take any day or opportunity for granted. Down to the core. 
Some wild moments, whether it was motocross, or being a parent, or pet parent. 
Hell yeah I’m loud. I hate it too, 😂… but I’m aware and trying to turn that meter down. Sorry in the meantime. Kinda… 😎
One thing I will never change, my ALL HEART lifestyle. I know the world we live in isn’t all peaches and cream, although it may be portrayed as. Working on staying yourself while evolving, not an easy life task.
We all have decisions to make when we wake up. It’s your decision. Nobody else’s. Go for it and give it a chance… why not? We only have 1 ride, and you never know.
My mom and dad did it right. They pushed us HARD! HARD!!! No regrets. It is just time for us younger parents to do our part, now.
I’m grateful and appreciative I grew up in the 90s too. Sheesh… It is mind boggling to see the issues we do, today. 
We have that choice to make a difference, though. I hope this “ALL HEART” FB post gets somewhere. 
Because it is simple, “effort is everything” and “all heart” - such a deadly combo.
